Principle of electric locks:
The terminal of the electric lock is actually an electromagnet, which controls a simple mechanical device to open and close the door. However, the action of the electromagnet is through a series of instructions.
When it cannot be controlled, first measure the voltage input to the electromagnet, and input the door opening and closing instructions at the same time to see if the voltage changes. If there is a change, and the electromagnet does not move, the fault is the electromagnetic control part, and the electromagnetic control part should be repaired or replaced, otherwise it is a control part fault.
The general control part is more complicated. It has two parts of hardware and software for control. Some are also connected to the computer interface, which can be used for personnel entry and exit query statistics, etc., and the control output voltage is controlled by the relay output. First, check whether the relay makes a sound of suction. If not, measure the voltage of each part of the relay control interface and whether the driving equipment is damaged. If intact, further measure the working voltage of the relevant integrated circuit.
Installation skills of electric control locks:
1. First, install the five-wire motor, which is the main motor, on the main driver's door, and install one other two-wire motor on each door, and then fix all the motors.
2. Then connect the motor motor to the pull rod or button (unlocking handle) on the original car through iron wire to ensure that it can be operated freely.
3. Then straighten the wiring harness of each motor, connect the plug firmly and arrange the wiring harness well, and do not let it leak outside to prevent leakage.
4. Then fix the central control box under the main driver's side surface platform, and connect the plugs to prevent accidents in future use.
5. If it is a general anti-theft device, connect the brown and white wires between them to the anti-theft device host, which is the switch signal.
6. Finally, by operating the main driver motor, the other motors will follow suit.
