The so-called magnetic lock uses the electromagnetic principle, so you know what the magnetic lock loses its magnetism. The reason why the magnetic lock loses its magnetism will cause the strong suction to weaken and cannot play a role. So what should I do after losing the magnetism?

After finding that the magnetic suction cup has no magnetism, first press the grinding wheel motor button to start the magnetic suction cup switch. The workpiece cannot be absorbed because the relay connection is locked and the grinding wheel motor cannot be started at the same time. Open the tool box and use the test pen to check the power supply at both ends of the fuse, and then use the multimeter AC 500V to measure the power supply voltage to be 380V. Disconnect the main power switch, check whether the AC contactor is mechanically stuck, remove a contactor coil wire, and use the multimeter resistance to suppress the resistance at both ends of the coil. The needle indicates normal, proving that the magnetic suction cup coil is good.

Connect the coil wire of the magnetic suction cup, remove the undervoltage relay housing, measure the resistance at both ends of the coil, and the needle still indicates normal, indicating that the undervoltage relay coil is not disconnected, and then check whether the relay is mechanically stuck. Then turn off the upper power switch, and use the multimeter AC gear to measure the voltage on the transformer side to be 135V. Under normal circumstances, the DC voltage output by the bridge rectifier should be 110V. At this time, there is no voltage output. Disconnect the main power switch and use the multimeter resistance to measure the four rectifier diodes separately, and find that two of them have problems. Weld the wires connecting the diodes, remove the diodes, and measure and check again, proving that the pipes are broken. Replace two new secondary tubes, connect the wires, and check whether the welding is firm.
