Waterproof magnetic lock device and solutions to common problems

The waterproof magnetic lock has no mechanical lock tongue structure, and completely uses its powerful "suction force" to absorb the door leaf to achieve the purpose of locking. When "access control" is required for frequent access passages, the waterproof magnetic lock is the most durable, stable and safe electric lock! However, in order to achieve 100% effect in use, it is recommended that the waterproof magnetic lock must comply with the following installation and use rules.

1. The waterproof magnetic lock must be at a 90-degree right angle to the door frame. The waterproof magnetic lock can be installed horizontally or vertically on the door frame, but the magnetic lock must be at a 90-degree right angle to the door frame regardless of whether it is installed horizontally or vertically on the door frame. Only in this way can the maximum pulling force be achieved with the adsorption plate.

2. No matter whether the waterproof magnetic lock and the adsorption plate are installed on any door, exposed or embedded, the effect of the two should be "face to face" in a straight line, and the suction force can reach 100%.

3. The waterproof magnetic lock needs to be installed indoors and the wires need to be hidden. If the door opens inwards, the waterproof magnetic lock needs to be equipped with an LZ or Z-shaped auxiliary frame. The magnetic lock is installed indoors because it is exposed to the outside and there is a safety concern! When installing the wires, it is best to hide them in the door frame for safety.

4. The adsorption plate and the adsorption surface of the waterproof magnetic lock are not aligned. The waterproof magnetic lock and the adsorption plate are not completely aligned. Not only will the suction force be affected, but the magnetic spring inside the magnetic lock will also be unable to accurately detect whether the door leaf is closed and locked.

5. The adsorption plate cannot be locked. If there is a slight gap between the waterproof magnetic lock and the adsorption plate, the suction force will be greatly affected. Therefore, when the adsorption plate is fixed to the door leaf, a "rubber gasket" must be added to allow the adsorption plate to have a fine-tuning function, and there should be no gap between the contact surface with the waterproof magnetic lock!

6. The connection between the waterproof magnetic lock and the relay. The waterproof magnetic lock is "power off to open the door", so the power circuit of the waterproof magnetic lock should be connected to the N.C. contact on the card reader relay (Relay).
