Application of waterproof magnetic lock:

Waterproof magnetic lock is mainly used for interlocking the front and rear doors of indoor high-voltage switchgear to prevent misoperation. It is an indispensable locking device for power generation and power supply. In addition, in order to meet the needs of comprehensive automation substations, some waterproof magnetic locks also add auxiliary contacts in the lock, which can provide users with a pair of corresponding switch contacts in the lock position, which is convenient for users to interlock locks with each other and comprehensive automation sampling, avoiding empty travel, and is a locking device of modern substation equipment.

Equipment debugging of waterproof magnetic lock:

Waterproof magnetic lock is mainly composed of three parts: lock head, equipment bracket and lock plate. When installing, first connect the lock power cord, and then fix it with the bracket with 4-M5 screws, then install the lock plate on the outdoor isolation knife switch operating mechanism connecting rod, temporarily lock the lock bolt, place it flat on the knife switch operating mechanism crossbar, rotate the knife switch operating mechanism, so that the lock bolt moves close to the edge of the lock plate without friction, repeat several times, weld the installation bracket and the operating mechanism crossbar, then align the opening of the lock plate with the lock bolt, and keep it synchronized with the knife switch operating mechanism, and the installation is completed.
